Background: Paragnagliomas and pheochromocytomas are rare neuroendocrine tumors that originate from the paraganglionic cells of the autonomic nervous systems. These tumors may be extra or intra-adrenal in site. The use of antihypertensive medications is usually challenging in these patients.
